The flor is a unique layer of years produced naturally in Jerez which gives the Fino an extremely dry character with distinct notes of yeasts, almonds and green olives. Tio Pepe is remarkably refreshing, perfect on its own with some Spanish jamon or olives, also a great addition to a classic cocktail.
