Alpine herbs mingle with orange and nectarine notes on the nose and something of a light amaro herb character. Lip-smacking acidity and a sense of zip combine with orange fruit character on the palate. Edgy, vital and memorable.

This third release is a truly fascinating wine that defies all categorizationexcept that it is more-ish and very thirst-quenching. An enticing nose of flint and orange blossom, with a distinct amaro spice and mandarin skin texture. The palate is zippy and refreshing, reminiscent of pamplemousse tonic.
