During the Second World War Andre Delorme was injured & returned to Rully in Burgundy to pursue his passion for winemaking. With his pioneering spirit his Grand Vins became widely recognized, grazing tables at prestigious restaurants, & he played a vital role in Burgundy's Sparkling Wines as well as a key figure in the Cremant de Bourgogne AOC. Today, the historic Maison of the Cote Chalonnaise is owned by the Piffaut family and continues to grow, producing an exceptional range of Cremant de Bourgogne de Terroirs, crafted with the utmost care.

Aromas of red fruit such as strawberry & raspberry develop and follow through on the palate with a perfectly balanced finish of power, elegance, and finesse.
