Savor the flavor of a Texas-made whisky created with a pioneering spirit with Balcones Cataleja Texas Single Malt Whisky. On the palate are notes of medjool dates stuffed with cashew butter, cacao nib, and ground clove that transitions to vibrant notes of eucalyptus oil and burnt lemon peel with a pineapple and cinnamon skewer finish. This whisky is made with 100% Golden Promise Malted Barley and begins its maturation journey in Kentucky bourbon barrels. After 3 years it is transferred into decommissioned Sherry Solera puncheons hand-selected from various Spanish bodegas. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
