Beau Joie Champagne Brut Special Cuvee

Medium bodied wine with medium acidity. On the palate, there are notes of freshly squeezed citrus, lemon zest and a mix of granny smith and golden delicious apples. Bubbles are small and well integrated and the finish is long with yeast slowly evolving as the fruit fades.
