Champagne Piaff style is fresh, crisp and elegant. Lower in sugar than many champagnes with dosage between 7-7.5g makes PIAFF fresher and more drinkable. The time on the lees, in our Epernay cellars, is longer than minimum requirement of 15 months. It adds enough complexity and depth to compliment our signature, fresh taste.

Tasting Notes

Elegant yet lively with initital brioche on the nose leading to pear and apple notes, highlighted bya a magnificent persistent mousse with a complex vanilla finish.
