We have come a long way since we began distilling in 2012, releasing a range of applauded Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys, and we proudly distil several other multiple award-winning spirits including Dingle Gin - the official 'World's Best Gin' and our quintuple-distilled Dingle Vodka. From distilling to maturation and finally bottling, every step of our craft is shaped not only by the dedication of our team, but also by the town of Dingle, whose spirit and sense of community inspires us. Tasting Notes

Matured in Bourbon casks with a Muscatel cask finish, Samhain Single Malt expresses warm floral, citrus, and cherry notes on the nose. The palate is zesty with hints of raisins, almonds, sweet spice, and raspberry, concluding with a long finish of summer fruits, pepper and cinnamon spice.
