Tasting Notes
The color is yellow with light green reflections of good intensity. The disc is bright, limpid, and transparent, showing youth. The nose is frank, pleasant, and intense with dominant scents of yuzu zest, lemon, white flowers, and a fine smoky, flinty touch. Airing amplifies the aromas, revealing fine vegetal notes, lemongrass, and ginger spice. It reflects perfectly healthy grapes and a terroir-driven profile that will gain typicity over time. The palate is dense and fleshy with full-bodied alcohol, evolving on a sharp, pearling structure. Flavors echo the nose with citrus, white flowers, vegetal notes, and gunflint minerality.
