Formentini has been synonymous with quality for 500 years and can boast of being one of the wineries that has most left its mark on the wine-producing history of the Collio region, thanks to its ability to interpret and understand the value of the climatic and environmental factors and human characteristics typical of the area. Having a deep knowledge of the terroir and working with the same partner-producers over generations have meant that the winery is able to capture exactly the particular qualities of each micro-zone and to enjoy a consistent quality of grapes resulting in complex but elegant wines.
