Tasting Notes
Bold, Rich and Smoky with pronounced vanilla and sweet spice. Rich mahogany color, smoky aromas of grilled meats, campfire, caramel, brown sugar and coffee. Medium-full body with smooth, nutty and sweet vanilla bean finish. Matured in extra charred new American Oak then raked over French Oak staves to deliver a complex, layered taste profile. Bottled at 103 proof cask-strength, non-chill filtered. Mash bill 80% corn, 20% rye.
