Tasting Notes

Cristina is an 8-year-old Medium sherry. A blend of 87% Palomino and 13% PX, aged for 8 years in American oak Sherry casks in contact with oxygen. This wine shows a bright amber color. On the nose clean aromas with subtle notes of raisins and figs due to the addition of Pedro Ximenez. On the palate slightly sweet with hints of American oak and a long finish. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese or pate or can be enjoyed on its own. Serve slightly chilled.
