Tasting Notes

100% WHOLE BOTANICALS: We combine a neutral grain spirit (high proof vodka) with a combination of Gentian Root, Angelica Root and/or Cinchona Bark and a variety of botanicals. Each bottle of Hella Mexican Chocolate Bitters offer notes of rich, dark, and smooth chocolate, highlighted by a mild spice from Chile de Arbol, coffee beans, and baking spice.
