Our Shirtail Ranches Chardonnay is medium-bodied, with layers of sliced peaches and golden delicious apples, leading to a crisp, clean finish with balanced acidity. The bright acidity from the vineyards pairs beautifully with the oak fermentation, which imparts a creamy creme brulee finish.
