Founded in Jarnac in 1763, HINE is one of Cognac's most storied independent, family-owned houses, devoted to delicacy, vivacity, and finesse. A great Cognac begins as a great white wine, built on balance between consistency and virtuosity, from Grande and Petite Champagne. HINE holds the Royal Warrant as Cognac supplier to the British Crown, renewed by King Charles III. Guided by Cellar Master Paul Szersnovicz, HINE continues its trilogy of terroir, double distillation with the lees, and ageing in fine-grained oak - at HINE, and nowhere else.
