The 2019 vintage opens with full bright notes of green apple, ripe honeydew melon and fragrant tangerine blossom. Asian pear and lush peach are edged with grapefruit peel and jasmine tea, creating a sauvignon blanc that is both full flavored and delicate at the same time. The orchard flavors fade slowly into a fruity finish with balanced acidity and minerality just in time for the next sip.
