Tasting Notes
We crafted this swanky sparkling wine with a multi-generational family grower a stone's throw from Barcelona and produced it in the traditional method (2nd fermentation in the bottle). This beautiful bubbly has an elegant aroma with notes of stone fruits, a palate with fine and persistent bubbles, and a soft, delicate and well-balanced mouthfeel. The texture from 12 months aging and zero-sugar dosage rounds out the finish with a hint of toastiness and notes of dried fruits. And its our lowest sugar and lowest calorie wine yet!
