La Truffi re - is the place where truffle oak grow. They grow near the vineyard. Grenache white, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, Clairette. Between 35 and 55 years old. The harvest is done in two passes with the avowed aim of preserving mineral freshness while going for the maturity of the fruits.
Tasting Notes
Jade color, melted in a golden blonde, the nose offers us a floral and mineral bouquet. The width and opulence of its scent prepares us for a complex mouth.
