Named for the newly-discovered 5th form of matter, the wines of Liquid Light are fresh, clean and vibrant expressions of the varietals. Our approach to wellness is to achieve balance. It all starts in the vineyard with selecting the perfect sites for our fruit that ripen naturally at lower sugar levels, allowing us to pick early and resulting in a wine that is incredibly flavorful but also lower in alcohol.
Tasting Notes
A harmonious fusion of oak and stainless-steel fermentation, this Chardonnay white wine offers vibrant melon, Asian pear, and star fruit notes with citrus zest and marzipan hints, all in a refreshing, light-bodied, balanced wine that's lower in alcohol and calories.
