Tasting Notes
Lemon yellow with golden reflections. The nose reveals yellow peach, passion fruit, and dried apricot, accented by toasted hazelnut, cinnamon, wildflowers, yellow plum, and acacia honey. The palate is energetic and layered, with elegant acidity and ripe mandarin and lychee complementing a full, mouth-filling structure. Tangy notes and an iodine touch define its minerality, leading to an exceptionally long finish with bergamot cream and a subtle, pleasant tannic texture-hallmarks of its great ageing potential.
