Tasting Notes
Pale in color, reminiscint of a light Pinot Noir, this has notes of cherry, delicate rose pedals. It's fresh, super complex somewhat closed, notes of red fruit, light compote, fine spice. Incredible complecity in mouth, polished, salty, with long finish.
