Clean light sherry and oaky spice on the nose with vanilla and heathery notes coming through as it develops in the glass. The heavily charred barrel ends and oloroso influence have combined to give a rich flavor without any sense of a cloying or over-sweetened profile. Light citrusy spice, white pepper and a touch of exotic fruit come to the front before the sherry influence rolls it all back together again.
