Our heritage blend, Mount Gay Eclipse, is named after the 1910 total solar eclipse that was visible from Barbados. It's a blend of rums distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills, then matured for 2 years solely in American whiskey casks. Eclipse is the embodiment of the Mount Gay style with notes of vanilla, almond, ripe banana and dark chocolate
