Paladar Blanco

From the last of the independent founding families of tequila, Paladar is an homage to the traditions of Mexico. Blue Weber agave harvested from their own fields slow cooks in brick ovens and ferments in open-air pine boxes using wild and proprietary yeast. Each batch is twice distilled in a copper and stainless-steel pot blend.

Nose: Fresh cooked agave, mint, wet grass, minerals, light black pepper, and herbal notes.
Palate: Bright agave sweetness, lime zest, citrus peel, vanilla, brine, subtle caramel, and herbal complexity.
Finish: Clean, crisp, mineral-driven with lingering agave and pepper spice.
