Since the beginning Paul Dolan Vineyards has been committed to crafting wines using the highest organic standards. Over the past several years, we have deepened our commitment to the land, protecting and improving it, by using Regenerative Agriculture practices. Farming in the image of nature, rather than trying to control it. Nature is a complex network, a collaboration, between the plants, animals, insects and microbes that live both above and below the ground. Planting and encouraging the growth of many plant species along with our vines creates the foundation of a thriving ecosystem. Not all vineyards are ecosystems, our is, because we believe that it takes an ecosystem to raise a vine. Paul Dolan Vineyards produces three distinct wines, a Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon, all sourced from Mendocino and CCOF certified.
