Tasting Notes

The nose offers inviting scents of freshly baked biscotti and butter snaps, with notes of vanilla nougat, elderflower, and citrusy marmalade. The palate reveals a velvety texture with layers of ginger, stewed apricots, vibrant orange citrus, sultanas, and grapes, followed by a warm, lingering finish of toffee notes that highlight the cask strength expression and Tasmanian terroir.
