'Ritual is produced in Vinedos Veramonte, a biodynamic and regenerative organic winery located in the Casablanca valley of Chile, committed to crafting fresh, authentic, and sustainable wines. Established in the early 1990s Veramonte pioneered the planting of Sauvignon Blanc in the Casablanca valley and after over three decades of experience their core values remain the same: sustainability, innovation, and a pursuit of excellence in every aspect of winemaking and the winery. The winery is located at the eastern end of the Casablanca Valley, at the foot of the Coastal Mountains range. Surrounded by 2,500 hectares of native forest and influenced by the cool breeze and morning fog from the Pacific Ocean, the vineyards are ideal for the cultivation of cool climate varieties. The philosophy, Liuing Soils, is the synergy of careful work in the vineyards; based on respect for the origin and the environment, where the soils nurture the vines so that they can express their unique character, in conjunction with a dedicated vinification process with minimal intervention and native yeasts. Tasting Notes

This 100% Chardonnay is produced from sustainably farmed grapes from the Casablanca valley. A portion of the fruit is whole cluster fermented in concrete eggs increasing texture and fruit flavor. An elegant wine of yellow-green color, with expressive aromas of grapefruit, tangerine and soft hazelnut notes intertwined with subtle hints of oak and vanilla. Soft, elegant and creamy texture with remarkable roundness and a long finish. Perfect with seafood and chicken salad. Serve well chilled.
