Takashimizu brewery is in the heart of Akita prefecture, a place known for being the purest source of water since the Samurai & one of the top sake producing regions of Japan. It is one of the first breweries in Akita with its own rice polishing facilities, where they are known to polish the rice 5% above law requirements, resulting in Sake of the highest quality.
