Tasting Notes
The Crusher Chardonnay displays fragrant aromas of bright lemon-lime citrus, creme fraiche, and subtle spice with a hint of toasted popcorn kernel. This wine's French oak fermentation gives the final blend a full-bodied mouthfeel and rich texture. The palate is layered with flavors of creamy white peach, tangerine with toasted hazelnut and baked pie crust flavors. The wine is well-balanced with a core of juicy fruit, concentrated flavor and a long, persistent finish.
