85% Grenache, 15% Blaufrankisch and 100% estate grown. We intentionally grow and pick these grapes to make rose (no Saignee). The Grenache comes from our estate vineyard in Paso Robles, Vineyard 101. The Blaufrankisch is from our Pomar estate, originally planted for legendary winemaker Ken Volk. The grapes were sent directly to press, whole cluster, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. We blend and bottled it in January 2023 to retain its youthful, bright energy and freshness.
Tasting Notes
Spring to life with the scent of freshly express lime peel and guava then soothed with refreshing notes of white peach tart lemonade and watermelon agua fresca.
