A core range of well-aged whiskeys are perfected in exceptional finishing barrels, sourced from the finest cooperages around the world, including right here, in our own backyard. Surrounded by nature's bounty, we distill genuine, farm-to-glass whiskey. We harvest our own crops each year, seed experimental grains, and we've perfected a custom toast/char profile for our local, sustainably harvested Vermont Estate Oak barrels.
