Tasting Notes
( yellow tail ) Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect blend of Australian and New Zealand fruit to bring out the best of both worlds. The Australian fruit brings to light citrus and lemongrass notes with undertones of gooseberry and limes. The New Zealand fruit adds aromas of passionfruit and ripe tropical fruits with a crisp green apple finish. This is unmistakably Sauvignon Blanc at its clean, crisp best. Passionfruit combines with grapefruit to create a vibrant, long and fresh palate with crunchy acidity.
